The SmartOffice App reponds to this development by centralizing all services existing in a Capgemini building:

Consult floormaps easily for your building or any Capgemini building. Within these maps you have access to points of interest (Conference rooms, Bubbles and Phones Booths). The App provides information on the selected room (characteristics, availability etc.).

Use the room booking function to book a room: only the available rooms are shown and you can cross-check with the availability of all attendants.

Consult quickly which bubble or phonebooth is available in order to make that unplanned conference call.

Quickly check the availability of a meeting room, because an unexpected guest just arrived.

When passing by a conference room, you think of booking it for this afternoon. You scan the QR code besides the door in order to check its booking schedule.

Involve local colleagues. As a Capgemini collaborator, you can propose events (sports, music, etc.) to your colleagues.
