Loadsense: Truck & Trailer Scale

Loadsense Truck and Trailer Scale is a scale developed by the Loadsense team which communicates directly to Loadsense weighing sensors.

Loadsense weighing sensors include, Air Sensors, Stain Gauges, Loadcells and Hydraulic Transducers.

Loadsense Truck Scale communicates to these sensors some of which wirelessly like our Air Sensors and sends the pressure reading data from these sensors to the Loadsense App. The Loadsense app once calibrated to the sensors converts the pressure reading to a weight. The weight can either be displayed in the app in Kilograms (KG) or Pounds (LBS) using the app's unit of measure selection in the settings menu.

The Loadsense scale generates its own wifi signal to enable communication to our Loadsense app.

Using the Loadsense weighing system you can obtain weight measurements for your load on both your truck and trailer against each axle group. You can then drill down to see these weights by axle group from within the app.

• Device Name – Loadsense-Truck-Scale-8 (example, this is the wifi box

name unique to this truck).

• The name (rego) entered for this truck and the name (rego) entered for

the trailer splitting out the weights for Truck and Trailer both (Net and

Gross weights).

• The weights displayed are either Green meaning the truck is under

weight or Red if the truck is Over loaded based on the maximum weight

entered for this truck and trailers profile within the app.

• The axle groupings and their weights from the app pages are also

captured and displayed from within the app.

• Carrier Name
