To Apply the theme

1. Install Notification Weather Premium v2.0 or higher

2. Install this theme. Launch the theme app to install it.

3. Apply the theme through the the theme chooser in Notification Weather Premium settings

Added nomedia files to the theme to avoid flooding the gallery with images of clouds.

you will need to initiate media rescan by either manually starting it, waiting for it to start on it's own, or reboot the phone
