The app have two types of reservation: current reservation, which brings the user an electrician or carpenter in minutes, and Scheduled reservation, which brings the electrician or carpenter at a scheduled time. Scheduled reservation allow users to schedule daily/weekly reservation in advance. There is a repeat feature only for the scheduled reservations. The availability of current and scheduled reservation may vary, depending on the area selected.

The process of using both reservations is straight forward: The user runs the app, selects current or scheduled reservation. Selecting current and confirming the reservation, brings the user an electrician or carpenter as soon as possible, while selecting scheduled reservation brings an electrician or carpenter at a scheduled time of the day, week or month.

Activating the repeat toggle takes the user to a monthly calendar in which they can pinpoint reservation time and date in advance, and have an electrician or carpenter at their doorstep repeatedly. The Repeat feature lets the user reserve an electrician or carpenter more than once as required. The user simply chooses the date and time from a calendar in the app for when they would need an electrician or carpenter.Before reservation confirmation the price is shown to the user as per minute charges of the electrician or carpenter.

After each reservation, user have the option of rating the electrician or carpenter on a scale of 1 to 5, If user leave a rating between 1 and 3 stars, user likely weren’t completed satisfied with the reservation, and we want to know why. Now, when user leave one of these three ratings, users are provided with an option to expand upon this rating with specific feedback.

Individuals who registered to the application such as clients, electricians, carpenters and contractors have opportunity to get benefit from the application, some of the benefits are listed:

• Individuals including client, carpenter and electrician can save their time by using the application

• Clients can call a skilled carpenter or electrician at the time of need at their door step from any place

• Individuals like electricians and carpenters have great opportunity to start earning right according to their skills

• Contractors can earn great profit in their construction business by using this application

• Clients who are not able to acknowledge the skilled electrician or carpenters can acknowledge them by using this application
