Gideon Ateliz was founded in 1976 by Gideon Kroytoro.

Gideon was born in Romania, where he studied the profession of allotments and worked in slaughterhouses as a professional butcher.

When he immigrated to Israel with his wife, Miriam, he sought a job in the profession in which he specialized. After a number of years when he was employed as a butcher and store manager, he decided to start his own business.

His vision was a business specializing in quality meat.

Since then, the "Gideon Butcheries" continues in the same style. Superior products, uncompromising on quality.

At Gideon's butcher shop you can purchase fresh meats, carefully selected select surgeons.

Today Gideon continues to run the butcher shop in the way he chose and with great success.

Together with him works his wife Miriam and his son Arik.
