Making Plants Hydroponics Systems Design

The hydroponics system commonly used by both hobbyists and hydroponic farmers. You want to select using design and system like what? flat or rotating model model of course all up to you as the perpetrator.

There are six planting techniques that you can use in hydroponic gardening. These six techniques have their own advantages and disadvantages. To choose a technique that suits your interests, here is an explanation of the six hydroponic gardening techniques.

1. Wick System

Wick system is the most simple and popular technique used by beginners. This system includes passive and nutrients flowing into the growth medium from inside the container using a kind of axis. Wick hydroponics system works well for plants and small plants. This hydroponics system does not work well for plants that require a lot of water

2. Ebb & Flow System

A growing medium is placed inside a container which is then filled by a nutrient solution. Then the nutrients are returned to the shelter, and so on. This system requires a pump connected to the timer. Make sure you use a container large enough and set the distance between plants to plant growth is not interfere with each other.

3. NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) System

This system is the most popular way in hydroponics terms. The concept is simple by placing the plant in a container or tube where its roots are left hanging in a nutrient solution. This system can continuously drain nutrients dissolved in water so it does not require a timer for the pump. NFT suitable applied to the type of leafy plants such as lettuce.

4. Aeroponic System

The sophistication of this system allows you to get good and fastest results compared to other hydroponics systems. This is caused by a given nutrient solution in the form of mist directly into the roots, so plants more easily absorb nutrients that contain lots of oxygen

5. Drip System

In addition to the wick system, the drip system (drip system) is a popular way used in hydroponic gardening. This system uses a timer to control the pump, so that when the pump is turned on, the pump will drip the nutrients into each plant.

6. Water Culture System

In this hydroponic system, plant roots are suspended in water rich in nutrients and air is given directly to the roots. Plants can be placed on rafts and float in nutrients water as well. With this hydroponic system, plant roots are submerged in water and air is supplied to plant roots through the aquarium pump and air diffuser. The more bubbles the better, the root crops will grow quickly to take the nutrients water.
