The Consulting by Degrees ‘Meet a CbDer’ app introduces you to six different entry level consultants at IBM. Each CbDer is on their way to becoming an experienced consultant in a different part of the business. From gaining practical experience and participating in formal learning to joining a close community of young professionals, they showcase IBM’s premiere leadership and development program.

How to use the app:

If you are able to attend any of our on-campus recruitment events, download the app and use it to scan the image of any CbDer featured on a poster, banner or business card.

Can’t make it to an event? Use the app to scan any of the six CbDers featured on our “Meet a CbDer” website.

Once you scan the image, you’ll be able to take action:

Listen to a short video introduction from the individual

Hear more specifics about their career

Take a selfie with the CbDer and submit it for a chance to be featured on our Twitter page

Submit your resume for a chance to win a CbD mentor who can tell you more about IBM, Consulting by Degrees and how to apply
