Game of Cards is a head-to-head card-duel game revolving around chance & luck.

Game of Cards: Think Hearthstone but Game of Thrones themed. Game of Cards was built for fans of the popular TV series to fill that void between each episode being aired and the long waiting period between seasons. With this app, you'll now never be without you're favorite characters again. Game of Cards introduces you to these beloved (and not so beloved) characters in a way you've never seen them before. Game of Cards is a card-duel game. It pins you, the player (House Stark), against an A.I. opponent (House Lannister) in a 1v1 (heads-up) battle of chance & luck. The game contains 2 identical virtual card decks. Both decks contain 36 cards each. Each card in the deck represents a different character from the TV show. Each card, or actor, has been assigned an attack point value (ranging from 1-5, 1 being the lowest, 5 being the highest). At the start of every 7 round game, both you and the computer have been dealt 25 health points each. The 36 cards are then randomly shuffled, drawn, and dealt to both you and the computer player. You receive 1 card every round. Just like in Hearthstone there is no card interaction/strategy, you perform in the battle based on the luck of your draw. Depending on the attack points of both cards that have been dealt, both the player's health and the computer's health is affected appropriately. Whoever (either you or the computer) has the most health points remaining at the end of the 7 rounds wins the battle. Upon winning you level up, a loss makes you level down, and a tie doesn't affect your level. That numerical level score stays with you, and stays consistent even after you've shut down the app. When you start the app back up your level will appear in the title screen and that level will be tracked via our leaderboards. New character cards will be made available shortly after launch. These special, more powerful cards (6 attack points) will only be made available in your deck, but not the computer's. Try to become number 1 on the leaderboard for highest level. Potential prizes will be handed out to the top 5 players on the Game of Cards leaderboard at a later date. Protect your house!
