This app is called Exercises at home and it is very helpful to do exercises at home. This app helps the user to choose the workout according to the age of a person. There are 7 different categories of age that is 4-9,10-19,20- 29,30 - 39,40-49,50-59,60+.when you start the app, you have to enter the age and then it will take you to the screen according to the age and the user will see the lets try button. When you click on the lets try it will show different workouts, when the user click on particular workout it will give the option to start the timer and number to do the exercise. If the user complete the goal it will show goal completed.
