Doctors: Doctors, whether they are solo practitioners or multi-physician clinics, have the ability to scan patient’s QR codes by themselves or by their receptionists when the patients arrive into their clinics. Receptionist will be able to scan patient’s QR codes and create an appointment list for you. Once the patient’s QR code is scanned you can immediately access the patient’s entire past medical history including previous diagnoses, patient vitals, etc. Doctors can capture patient vitals in the app and using the integrated database (over 29,000 brands and generics) can electronically write instructions in a safe and secure manner. They can send these instructions electronically to their own or the patient’s preferred stores.

Patients: Patients can manage their own as well as their family's medical information in one convenient location. Once you create a profile in this app a unique QR code is generated for you. Next time you visit your doctor, just open the app and show your QR code. Immediately the doctor has access to your entire medical history. You can also receive instructions from your doctor electronically and if you prefer, you can send them to the medical store directly. There is no need to manage paper based information with illegible writing which could result in errors. The electronic instructions that patients receive also contain detailed information about the medicine including side effects and other important information. Patients can select theirs and their family members’ doctors, preferred stores and add them to their profile. Once added, all communication among them becomes automated, safe and secure.
