GlucoseCrunch provides gaming environment for improving adherence in healthcare

GlucoseCrunch improve adherence in healthcare by providing a competitive gaming environment to the patients. This app is specifically designed for Diabetic Patients.

Depending upon the patient's actual adherence, the patient is placed in one of two sub-groups - fully adherent and not-adherent.

Our hypothesis is that patients who participate in the gamification group and who really see the results properly are likely to be more adherent than those who don't see the results.

*Note

The app in itself does not store any user data and fetching of game results from the cloud is done securely using modern cryptography technique (over HTTPS).

*Intended Audience

GlucoseCrunch app is designed to be used in medical setting and thus require prior approval for enrolling in this game study. If you are not enrolled than you might get an error popup saying "Authentication Failed".

*Intended Device

This app is specifically designed for Tablet Devices (with resolution 1024x600) and the UI may not look good if installed on devices with other resolutions.
