CTS Sales Application is only for internal departments inside CMC Technology and Solution.

Opportunities are deals in progress. Opportunity records track details about deals, including which accounts they’re for, who the players are, and the number of potential sales. CTS application allows you to create, edit, delete your opportunities, manage the opportunities through stages of the sales pipeline, and cultivate relationships with existing accounts. Moreover, CTS app helps sales reps to manage their tasks associated with certain stages in the sales process. The sales rep also can make notes and attach related documents by links with the CTS Sales app.
