New features and improvements:
- Added the option to send files as a chat message
- Added support for web links in chat messages for all apps
- Improved performance of encrypting and decrypting data

Bug fixes and stability improvements:
-Improved the performance of scrolling of contact list
-Improved the reliability of video call in case of unstable network conditions
-Increased the size of the presentation cursor on Android tablets making the cursor easier to see
