YooHoo! SMS your GPS location

v1.1 - Moved settings to a settings screen (tap the menu button then Settings). Also added a small, unobtrusive advert to the main screen - this requires two additional permissions (the internet permissions as this is where the Google adverts come from). I know - but baby has to have new shoes :-)

v1.2 - Added :-
* Location Detection checking - no point starting a scheduled SMS if switched off
* Can select the destination phone number from contacts (hence the new permission required)
