Genshin Impact Version 3.3 Event Wish: Reign of Serenity
This is the second release of Electro Archon, Raiden Shogun (Electro). She has great support capabilities which let her transform into an on-field DPS for 7s during burst mode. Her main role is to help teammates with energy problems and buff their damage output in bursts, but if she gets higher constellations then it's possible to make her a powerful primary Damage Dealer too.
Aside from Raiden Shogun, another three 4-star characters, "Thorny Benevolence" Rosaria (Cryo), "Mujina Ninja" Sayu (Anemo), and "Crowfeather Kaburaya" Kujou Sara (Electro) , are all available in the Standard Wish – Wanderlust Invocation. They will have a huge drop-rate boost too!

Kamisato Ayato (Hydro) was originally released in Version 2.6 and is back now with his "Pillar of Fortitude" banner! He can provide lots of hydro power on the battlefield through both his Elemental Skill and Burst, making him a great choice for any team.
Kamisato Ayato will be joined by three 4-star characters - "Thorny Benevolence" Rosaria (Cryo), "Mujina Ninja" Sayu (Anemo), and "Crowfeather Kaburaya" Kujou Sara (Electro), all of them will receive a huge drop-rate boost. They are part of the Standard Wish – Wanderlust Invocation but with a greatly increased chance to obtain them.
Genshin Impact Version 3.3 Weapon Banner: Epitome Invocation
Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato's top weapons, Engulfing Lightning (Polearm) and Haran Geppaku Futsu (Sword), can be seen in the weapon banner Epitome Invocation.
This banner has 4-star weapons "Akuoumaru" (Claymore), "Mouun's Moon" (Bow), “Lion’s Roar”(Sword) , “Favonius Lance"(Polearm), and “Sacrificial Fragments"(Catalyst). These already existing weapons will have a higher drop rate compared to other banners.
The Standard Wish - Wanderlust Invocation will always have the weapons including Lion's Roar (sword), Favonius Lance (polearm), and Sacrificial Fragments (catalyst). Akuoumaru(claymore) and Mouun’s Moon (bow) won't be included in this wish.

Raiden Shogun is without a doubt the most impressive electro character in Genshin Impact. She's incredibly useful for helping her teammates with their energy needs due to her special skill which sends an Electro attack when enemies take damage, dealing additional DMG through reactions. Her ultimate ability is what really makes Raiden stand out as it not only gives extra DPS but also provides the utility of being like a battery that can give energy to those who need it - enabling them to use more powerful attacks and increasing hers at the same time.
People often compare Kamisato Ayato and Tartaglia, with some people defending one or the other. In fact, they are quite different; Ayato's playstyle is simple but effective while Tartaglia requires more skill to master his technique for successful outcomes.
Ayato is forgiving if you don't get every step of the team rotation right, while Tartaglia's damage output at C0 can be higher when executed perfectly. Ayato has an excellent constellation tree that gives him good gains from each one - but none are essential to his performance; he will work just as well without them.
Raiden Shogun is best equipped with Engulfing Lightning as their 5* weapon, and while The Catch looks tempting for F2P players, it's not the optimal choice. For Kamisato Ayato, Haran Geppaku Futsu is recommended; other characters such as Kaedehara Kazuha and Keqing can also make good use of this particular item due to its synergy with elemental skills.
Mouun's Moon is a 4-star bow that provides an extra damage bonus to the team based on their total energy cost. It works best with characters who depend heavily on burst attacks, such as Ganyu, Yelan, Tartaglia and Venti; they all have readily available 4 weapons so there is no need for players to try and obtain this one in particular.
