Kind of functional for a standard browser preloaded with purchase, but not the best.
The browser does ok, but for added functions, the king of lings still goes to Firefox. The most pleasing function of all has to be its ability to preserve all the pages and where you last finishes off and restores them pretty much faithfully on 90% of the occasions, though not fool-proof. Not able to save videos and pica from instagram and youtube is a main drawback, I know, it's intentional, because of copyrights reasons. Overall a 3-star will do it justice. Anything more would be too flattering.
