「東北ずん子」は東北の企業・クリエイターであれば商用利用が可能なIPです。作者「Richi Saito」は本籍、現住所ともに宮城県に属しており、このライセンス条件のもと、商用アプリ（広告モデル型無料アプリ）としてリリースしております。

本アプリの収益（広告収入）は、東北の復興に資するため、全額東北での開発備品、日用品、ずんだ関連商品の購入に充当します。
