104全中運競賽項目包括田徑、游泳、體操、跆拳道、柔道、射箭、空手道、桌球、羽球、網球、軟式網球、舉重、角力、擊劍、木球等 15 個運動項目，本年度也配合 2017 世大運競賽項目，延續 103 年全中運辦理韻律體操及跆拳道品勢兩項比賽。
