Now uses Android ExoPlayer library for all audio playback.
Added support for new format listen-again/on-demand shows.

Fix to ensure app returns to live stream when on-demand player is closed.
Fix listen again items not resuming in correct position after pause.
Fix radio stream rebuffering if already playing when returning to the app.
Stop new now playing notifications being displayed when app has stopped playing.
Resolve issue with alarms not always working correctly.
