This is 3 DAYS TUNA DIET app! This type of diet is originally designed by a bodybuilder and a fitness guru, Dave Drape to boost metabolism and lose weight fast. The 3 days tuna diet meal plan provided in this apps is designed slightly different from the original one. But yet the concept is still the same.

You are required to consume 6 meals each day (early morning, breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, snacks and dinner) comprising of tuna for 3 days and other protein-rich, fiber-rich, and low calorie type of foods prepared in this apps. This helps to keep the taste buds alive and also protects the body from undergoing a sudden drastic change. Tuna is great as source of protein in our body. It help to reset the body to “losing fat mode”! It also help you to lose water weight, boost your metabolism, and build lean muscle mass. Building lean muscles is essentials so that you don’t look saggy.

If you’re allergic with certain type of food mentioned in this 3 days Tuna Diet Meal Plan, there are list of food substitutions will be provided in this apps. The instructions is direct to the point.
