Below point and improvement
1. Hazard status should changed from closed to In progress if CAPA is re-opened
2. If one incident has multiple assigned tasks, then incident should not be closed till all tasks are completed.
3. Option available for uploading the pictures as a proof of completion of the task.
4. Reference link on Corrective and Preventive Action items page
5. Reviewer functionality in Corrective & Preventive Action items
6. Before and After Image functionality
7. UI Changes
