Accment eStore app, notification will be provided to the management once the level of fuel reaches to the preset level. Lotto inventory is managed automatically by the app being in sync with the hardware. Scanner and cash vault which are connected to the electronic cash register (ECR) means that even the need of making journal entries is forgone. Preparation of financial statements from these entries means most inconsistencies that are results of manual input are avoided. The ECR also doubles for the purpose of registering employees’ entry and exit time. This has the two advantages: one is that calculating payroll is easier and the other is that the pilfering of store inventories is dissuaded.

Customer’s purchases are scanned from the ECR which makes making the entry faster than when done through keying the numbers. The printers automatically print the receipt of the sales made which facilitates a faster processing of the customers thus shortening the queue. The amount of cash in hand (or in vault) is can be found by the help of few keystrokes. We also provide option for manual input for vouchers like vendor charge which is not possible to be entered automatically. Other vouchers may also be entered manually at the discretion of the management.
