Rider tracking application for ACTC Academy Time Trial

During the ACTC Academy the students are put through a time trial ride of several laps to let them experience how to ride consistently for a longer distance. This application allows the Academy staff to track the riders and their laps around the course. At the completion of the time trial, the results can be shared via any method that can send text. The results are formatted as a CSV table so that further manipulation and analysis can be performed using other tools, such as Microsoft Excel.
