Add Quick Event - fast and eas

- Floating mini window - you can now turn the small window on. It takes only small portion of the screen and does not cover the content under it (requires system alert window permission).
- More information in the info toast ('no confirmation' option must be selected in settings).
- Hebrew translation added.
- Fixed a bug causing the entry field not being cleared after an event was created (the option needs to be switched on in the settings).
