New skins:In Njorlund, and in new pack Wooden structures

Fix:Dwarf levelup will not change the unit position in a building
New Mapeditor feature:You can set Skins to units by triggers
Change:Non player controlled units are really not controllable with anything.
Change:When a carrier or building gets destroyed the surviving unit inside loses all actions and movements for that turn
