Al Khattal evaluate conditions of functional areas and create building service orders with your smartphone or tablet. Al Khattal allows a property manager/supervisor to provide timely customer service by resolving maintenance issues reported by tenants. Special features enable the tenant to include photos, voice recording, messaging and comments. Al Khattal is great for small, medium, and large properties maintenance management.

Al Khattal has 2 mobile app actors: 1) A tenant who report maintenance issue and 2) A building supervisor who receive and solve reported maintenance issues. Al Khattal also has an admin panel for landlord to see an overview of all requests and their current status.
