Added a difficulty level selector. If the game is too difficult in the beginning, set it to an easier level, so that you won't encounter as many enemies.

I have also added an "Alternative Accelerometer" control, because the new accelerometer control does not work on some devices (the Nexus 10 for example). So, if you have problems with the accelerometer control, try the alternative accelerometer control.
