Just as important as physical exercise is to strengthen our physical muscles is it of equal importance to exercise your faith to strengthen your faith muscles. We must believe in ourselves and our abilities and understand that we have everything on the inside of us that we need to be all we were created and intended to be. As we begin to experience internal change, that change will manifest as physical change. This allows us to stand as strong and courageous beings, able to live in purpose.
