Android as a platform for mobile phones is a good platform and has many advantages. However, it also has its drawbacks. One of them is deliberately implemented is the lack of control over when the application connects to the Internet. In the settings you can disable the ability to connect to the Internet through cellular networks, however, in this way, we deprive ourselves of the possibility of using MMSes. However, it is a simple solution. Just change the APN name for the connection and communication will be impossible. Not to have to manually edit the APN, and could automatically change the name, was just this program. One indication of the APN can be changed for any connection.

NOTE: The program can work poorly with other such programs, such as APN OnOff or APNDroid

NOTE2: The Android 4.0 + blocked the ability to save APN settings for cellular networks by external programs. Only the system programs have access to the APN configuration. The program installed as an external program, unfortunately, in these versions will not work.
