Asaqè Business Pro is a business planning, record keeping and management community for self employed individuals, entrepreneurs, startups and small business owners.
Our goal is to help people start and grow their businesses by providing a structured framework to guide their decisions. We intend to do this by providing tools to help you:
I. Set business goals
The app helps you outline your vision, identify key milestones and come up with a strategy to achieve it.
II. Write a business plan
It also provides an 11 day planning guide which will help you write a business plan using the SIYB template. So even if you're not from a business background, you can easily write a business plan that you'll understand.
III. Schedule tasks and activities
Asaqè Business pro also comes with a set of tools to help you on your business growth journey. It contains an executive routine section where you can jot down notes, add tasks to do and a journal where you can write all about your business day.
IV. Cashbook, record transactions and create documents
Record income and expenses in your cashbook and track your balance. As your business starts to grow, Asaqè Business Pro will help you keep track of your performance by allowing you to record transactions, create quotations, invoices and receipts. It also allows you to monitor asset value using a simple asset register.
V. Connect, Interact and Chat
People are at the core of every business, and so Asaqè allows you to find and store useful contacts such as potential suppliers, customers and even creditors. You can start by creating and updating your user profile. This makes it easier for potential partners to find you. It also comes with a wall forum where you can talk about your business, share posts and comment. Asaqè also allows you to send direct messages to business partners, clients and stakeholders.
VI. Store employee records
As your business grows and hires new employees, Asaqè helps you store employee information and gives you a checklist of activities to take them through.
