You now have the option to provide feedback on your Expert after each conversation. You can rate Experts on a scale of one to five stars, and you also have the option to leave a review.
Experts now have a way to end their conversations. Ending a conversation will prompt the Asker for a feedback rating, and the conversation will automatically be archived from your Chats feed. Questions about how this works? Please contact the Porch team at [email protected].
