- Create goal as Project
- Manage your list of projects using dedicated Projects view menu

What's fixed:
- I can give feedback and recognition to myself
- When trying to align a created goal, the list of goals I can align is limited
- Follow action not show in pop up dialog in detail objective if user not involved inside that objective
- When trying to choose reviewer, I only view limited list of reviewers
