Grand Hyatt Bali - Hyatt's Purpose . An essential part of this journey is putting on our empathy hats – this means walking in the shoes of our colleagues and guests using various Touchpoints. Department Heads and Executive Committee from various departments team up to learn how the brand lives in our resort, and work on improving the experience, using Signature Experiences as the northern star. With CARE as the main ingredient for this journey, we held a rollout to all associates at Grand Ballroom. Everyone is invited to share their feedback on how we can help them be their best in their job. Translating care into action, we also gave out door prizes to 5 lucky associates, with an all inclusive stay at Grand Executive Suite as the grand prize. Our Culinary team pampered everyone with their creative creation of éclairs, donuts, and iced teas for everyone to enjoy
