Balto - beta meets feedback

The wait is finally over. Android users with version 4.1 or later are now able to use Balto! This now significantly widens the range of users who can use Balto. Download it, test it out and let us know what you think.

・Balto is now compatible with Android 4.1 or later
・The ability to record video clips is possible from Android 5.0 or later
・We’ve fixed some minor bugs
