“Are you Really Happy and satisfied in life?”

Hay I am asking this question to you, not to myself because I have already asked this question several times. I have been into Indian Spiritual Foundation from last 12 years or so. In those years I have gone through lots of experiences and testing of life. All these years, I have worked upon different spiritual activities includes meditation and prayers.Lets know about Real Happiness or satisfaction.

When it comes to life we have five major planes or factors of life.

we can see five major planes of life. Physical, Mental, Social, Financial and Spiritual.

These five planes elaborate our life.

The Physical plane consist of How physically we are. How our body supports us. Have we fall early to the dieses. Have we accept our physical body.

Mental Plane is all about How we are mentally from in and out. How our thoughts are, whether positive, very positive or negative or very negative. Are we suffer from any kind of Fear, Depression, Anxity, Stress ?? Mental plane also covers confidence, Decision Making power, etc.

Social plane includes how your social life is, whether you have problems in relation with family, friends or office. Does really your family member are happy with you or they talking behind us about our faults and mistakes. We need to be good on Social plane to have harmony in relations.

Our fourth plane i.e Financial is all about money and how we are good in finance in our life.

Spiritual is the most important plane of our life. This plane bring positivity and rhythm in life. Our life would be in present, happening and instantaneous if we worked everyday on this plane. Its been said that “Faith is the Greatest Vibration on Earth !” But we really do know why we are on Earth? What is the real purpose of life. Many people suffer from False Ego,to work on Ego we must need to understand and listen what Real Spirituality is all about. Spirituality reveals every answer to the question from the Man kind. Have we heard about the word Impersonal life, personal life is about the individual but Impersonal Life is all about everybody that includes that individual. The day you decides to live Impersonal life Real happiness blossoms into our lives.

Lets look into some examples

What if any individual is Multi millionaire but always suffering from dieses. His body does not supports him. We can achieve everything with Money but have we manage to achieve the Best Health. Everybody knows this truth that a Good Health can attracts money but can Money achieves a good health for us. The answer is No in my case but in your case it might be different depends on thinking. I have seen several other people who are very rich but very critical in Health. Are these people are happy or satisfied?

2.In other case people do have Mental ability to achieve anything but they lags in financial plane. Are these people complete in their life. You know the answer 🙂

Please close your eyes for few seconds and feel the happiness inside you. This feeling tells that we are complete in life in the presence of GOD.
