When indicating a preference for 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz networks, it is now possible to specify "how much" you prefer the given band. For example, set this to a high value to always connect to a 5 or 2.4Ghz network even if it is much weaker than the other band you don't want. Alternatively, setting it to a lower value means the preference is likely to be ignored (e.g. if you select preference for 5Ghz and the only 5Ghz network has a weak signal the app will ignore it)
