The Beswald Fitness training is an online coaching when the training programs, nutrition plans, healthy habits and mindset tips are tailored to each individual based on their goals.

We understand how busy successful professionals are and what challenges they go through (high stress, lack of sleep and lack of time, regular dinners with clients…)and how that effects their physique and body fat.

We teach simple easy and enjoyable healthy habits to build a great confident body and we provide all the training programs for you to get your body into a great shape.

The New You Transformation goes for 21 weeks and everything is delivered through this great training software where you as a client have full access to everything and you are also able to communicate with our coaches or with the head coach Michal.

The training options are either at home with some or no equipment or at fully equipped gym.
