Fixed the Share App link to direct the receiver to the correct play store (now we also support iOS)

Removed the Find a Partner functionality as it was not working very well. The good news is that David L has suggested a much better way to handle this and we'll be working on it soon.

Removed the ratings bar from the study completion screen - God is great, our ratings has no effect on that.
