Changes in 2.1: Fixes problems with app randomly crashing when receiving push notifications.

Rebuilt from the ground up to bring the Android version in line with a well known other platform. Includes a new, native Android look and feel and full compatibility with Lollipop. Also now supports tablets.

Please note that RBA now requires Android 4.1 or better, with 5.0 or better recommended.
