Added number of satellites in view for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou.
Added an option to omit location enabled + high accuracy as this is not required in all phone models or apps.
Pressing back won't disconnect and exit - it would just show 'running in background' - to stop use the 'Disconnect' option menu instead.
