Fixed a bug from the last release.
- Changed the setup UX/UI to make it easier for new users to setup Blumoo
- Big improvements to the TV guide loading - now loads and populates in the background, it also allows you to seamlessly scroll in the vertical direction now
- Comments - added the ability to display comments when users are adding a device to provide helpful information about certain devices
- Removed the grid lines when moving buttons (future improvements coming)
