Although this is a big version jump, changes in the app are minor. Most of the version jump was motivated by a desire to align versions with the Play store.

Completed migration to simpler shell using web components. The splash screen objects are centered, and UI more consistent.
Introduced peerList feature, inspired, as always, by our Beaker browser friends. If you click the x button next to the address box, it now lists peer uuid's in an unfriendly format. We'll work on that!
