Buying Buddy is Real Estate Matching System. Buying Buddy simplifies and structures the search process for buyers in the Residential Real Estate market. Buying Buddy facilitates connections between buyers and Real Estate Agents/Brokers. Agents have access to an exclusive buyer database though a single entry point. Agents are introduced to buyers through the matching system. Agents qualify buyers and forward property details that match buyer's search criteria. Buyers have the option to show interest in suggested properties or archive if they are not of interest - these may be retrieved if the buyer changes their mind. Once interest is expressed , communication is via either a public noticeboard for each property or through a private real time chat system , the latter for single buyer to agent communication. The system notifies buyers of sales and buyers may search past sales in the system. Buying Buddy reduces costs and saves time for both buyers and agents.
