1. Try to change different recording file types: 3gp, MPEG 4 OR RAW AMR in settings.

2. Try to change Source: MIC or VOICE CALL in settings

3. Also check if you have any other call recorder application installed. If yes then please disable that call recorder and try again.

4. If you're connected to Wi-Fi or any hotspot, please disconnect and try again.
