Bugs fix.
1> weather info doesn't display.
2> Address doesn't display after GPS located successfully.
3> Fixed some app crash issues.
4> "Map tools" and "Parking locater" the Pin label address info is missing.
5> Remove the app automatically restarting .
6> Fix some display issues.
7> In "Map tools", the first time save location , the street&city name is empty.
8> Close side bar.
