CareLoop Provider® allows you to securely communicate directly with your patients AND their family using the CareLoop® App. Our platform is fully secure and HIPAA compliant, ensuring that medical data is safe.

You can start using CareLoop today for free. The free version includes

▪ 20 messages to patients, family members, or other care team members

▪ 10 messages virtual visits (Telehealth) for up to 4 participants

▪ Send messages to specific recipients and see who read them with read receipts

▪ Invite patients and family members via text, email, or allow them to scan a QR code

▪ Invite other Care Team members to your organization to create a Care Loop and coordinate care

▪ Message attachments (files and images)

▪ Administrative access to you organization. Manage users and preferences.

▪ Usage statistics and audit log

▪ Customizable tags and message templates

Subscriptions cost $9.99 per month per user. You will get everything in the free version but messages and virtual visits will be unlimited. You will also have access to Broadcast Messaging so you can send messages to all patients within your organization.
