Fix bugs:
Sometimes not able to select aircraft other than helicopter
Should never target friendly ACC with missiles
Daily mission difficulty not displayed properly in menu
Enemy plane now shoots missile in correct direction
Explosions should not longer be there, static, when you retry a mission
New look on normal missile (less cartoonish)
