CCC ONE Repair Facility will be updated to provide repair facilities the option to perform a diagnostic scan from their mobile devices. This will simplify and streamline the diagnostic scanning process.
To help streamline the process, a chatbot interface and user experience will guide shop users through the scan process. In addition, the chatbot will generate a scan report that lists all the details from the digital analysis of the vehicle’s various computer systems and components.
