Talk with other CellCB users nearby. Similar to the behavior of a CB radio.

NOTICE: This app does not communicate with traditional CB radios on the 27 MHz band. It utilizes the GPS system on your phone to figure out your location in order to broadcast and listen to other CellCB users over the Internet.

CellCB will allow you to communicate with people nearby similar to how a CB radio works. Simply launch the app and it will immediately start listening for other CellCB users broadcasting within a mile of your location. Hold down the transmit button and your voice will be broadcast to any CellCB users within a mile of your phone. No registration is required and you can talk with people completely anonymously just like you would on a regular CB radio.

Since this app is pretty new you probably aren't likely to find people at random near your location to talk to. You may want to use this with other people you know for situations where a simple location based audio chat system might come in handy.
