Presentation

I have 20 years’ experience working on the construction industry on a wide range of project and sectors. Including commercial projects and transport sector. I not only have the great chance to collaborate with a network of specialised consultants and quantity surveyors, but also we had common goals in common, which make a difference in the delivery of our professional services.

Based in my experience, I bring clarity to all sorts of construction businesses or client issues, such as cost management, financial development, business innovation business support and asset management. Because I’ve worked in-house for both private and public large-scale projects, I have a total understanding of both perspectives. And that is only ever to your advantage.

I have the confidence not only to challenge the status of a project, but the experience to understand the construction business or client requirements and the need for a commercial decision. I know when to negotiate, but also when to recommend a settlement.

One of the objectives of the proposed strategy is to improve the services of current companies to generate more income and maintain their business competitive. Once the key mile stone are achieved the construction business will have a new scenario, where their products can be exported overseas.
